IGAT V Gas Pipeline Project

The IGAT V Gas Pipeline, also known as the Fifth Nationwide Gas Pipeline, is a natural gas pipeline in Iran that transports gas from the Assaluyeh Gas Condensate Complex in South Pars to the Aghajari, Gachsaran, Bibi Hakimeh, and Pazanan oil fields. The pipeline is approximately 508 kilometers long and is equipped with five pressure boosting stations to maintain the flow of gas. OTC was responsible for the design, procurement, construction, services, and commissioning of these five pressure boosting stations.
TC50 Gas Compressor Project

Destination: National gas transmission pipelines
The TC50 Gas Compressor Project involved the domestic manufacturing of 50 gas compressors for use in Iran’s national gas transmission pipelines. The project was completed in 2009 and all of the gas compressors are currently in operation at stations along the pipelines.
POGC40 Gas Compressor Project

Destination: South Pars Gas Field phases in Assaluyeh
The POGC40 Gas Compressor Project involved the manufacturing of 35 gas compressors for use in the South Pars Gas Field phases in Assaluyeh, Iran. The project was completed in 2014 and all of the gas compressors are currently in operation.
TC100 Gas Compressor Project

Services Provided: Domestic manufacturing of 100 gas compressors for Iran’s main gas pipelines
Client: Iranian Gas Engineering and Development Company (IGEDC)
Number of Contracts: 100 gas compressors
Destination: 16 pressure boosting stations on Iran’s main gas pipelines
The TC100 Gas Compressor Project involved the domestic manufacturing of 100 gas compressors for use in 16 pressure boosting stations on Iran’s main gas pipelines. The project is still ongoing, with 51 gas compressors and 6 engine units delivered to date. Of the 51 gas compressors delivered, 49 have been installed and commissioned. It is expected that 8 more gas compressors will be shipped to the Bastak and Lamerd facilities by the end of 2025.
KPRC Gas Compressor Project

The KPRC Gas Compressor Project involved the design, engineering, manufacturing, and commissioning of 6 x 25-megawatt gas compressors and 1 x turbine spare engine unit for use at the Kangan Petro-Refining Company (KPRC) in Iran. The project was completed in February 2021 and the gas compressors are currently in operation.
NGL3100 Power Plant Project

Destination: Dehloran Power Plant Company
The NGL3100 Power Plant Project involved the supply of complete equipment for a 150-megawatt power plant and its substation at the NGL3100 complex in Dehloran, Iran. The project is still ongoing, with 3 turbogenerators commissioned and connected to the national grid, providing a total of 65 megawatts of electricity. The remaining 3 units are expected to be added by the end of 2025, and the project will be completed and handed over to the client by the end of the year.

The Nar Gas Field Pressure Boosting Station Revamping Project is an EPCF project that involves the revamping of the existing gas field pressure boosting station at the Nar Gas Field in Iran. The project will include the replacement of the existing compressors with new, more efficient compressors, as well as the upgrade of other equipment and systems. The project is expected to be completed in 2025.
Olefins Project

The Olefins Project involves the construction of an olefins unit at the Dehloran Petrochemical Complex in Dehloran, Iran. The unit will produce 300,000 tons per year of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), 300,000 tons per year of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE)/swing high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and 160,000 tons per year of polypropylene (PP). The project is expected to be completed in 2026.
