Founded in December 2001, Oil TurboCompressor Company (OTC) aims to significantly contribute to the transfer of technical expertise and the manufacturing of industrial turbocompressors within Iran. OTC’s primary strategy is to leverage the capabilities of over 70 domestic companies and manufacturers. This strategic approach includes a collaboration with Siemens to incorporate Siemens technology and manufacturing expertise into OTC’s processes, ensuring products meet international standards and are on par with global counterparts.

Middle East Industrial Gas Turbine Co.

Middle East Industrial Gas Turbine Company (MIGT) was founded in 2007. Planning,management and producing of Turbo Compressors are main goals of the company.

Founded in 2007, the Middle East Industrial Gas Turbine Company (MIGT) was established to enhance customer support, ensure timely delivery of high-quality goods, and provide services at competitive prices within agreed timeframes. With a focus on expanding domestic manufacturing, increasing production capacity, and meeting the growing demand for turbomachinery in the domestic market, MIGT also aims to adopt an export-oriented approach for its products and services.

  • Component Production: Manufacturing main and auxiliary components of gas turbines developed by OTC, enhancing the capabilities of domestic manufacturers, and utilizing their technical and operational expertise.
  • Part Production: Producing essential parts for gas turbines that are beyond the production capabilities of domestic manufacturers.
  • Assembly and Testing: Assembling and testing various types of gas turbines required domestically, particularly for the oil, gas, petrochemical, and power industries, based on OTC technologies.
  • Supervision and Consultation: Overseeing the installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and hot testing of gas turbines, and providing consultation on industrial and commercial matters related to gas turbines.
    • 25 MW Industrial Gas Turbine: Registered under the national brand IGT25, suitable for mechanical drive and turbogenerator applications.

    • IGT25 Upgraded Package: Featuring a 15% weight reduction and 30% footprint reduction.

YAZD GHADIR INDUSTRIAL TURBINES CO.

Originally founded in 1994 as Ghadir Textile Machinery Industrial Group, Yazd Ghadir Industrial Turbines Company (GITCO) initially focused on manufacturing textile machinery under a license from Sulzer Switzerland. This continued until 2009 when the company transitioned to TurboCompressor Naft (OTC), shifting its purpose to complete the upstream production chain of industrial gas turbines and foster independence in this field. Renamed as Yazd Ghadir Industrial Turbines Company (GITCO), the company now specializes in producing auxiliary equipment, main components, and various parts for gas turbines used in the oil, gas, petrochemical, and power industries. GITCO is the sole original manufacturer (OM) of this equipment for the OTC Group in Iran.

GITCO’s main mission is to manufacture various types of auxiliary equipment and various parts required to complete the upstream production chain of OTC gas turbines. Currently, all auxiliary equipment and systems for the 25 MW Siemens SGT600 gas turbine, the national IGT25, and more than 1000 engine parts, some of which are among the most sensitive industrial parts, are being produced in this company. Presently, oil, lubrication, fuel, starter, inlet and outlet air, fire extinguishing, spark ignition, gas turbine electrical and control panels, as well as rotor blades, stator blades, compressor blades, and gas turbine bearings are among the most prominent products of this company. In 2019, with a new investment, the final assembly and packaging line for gas turbines up to 70 MW was officially inaugurated in the presence of the then-president of Iran. With the launch of this assembly and final packaging complex for OTC Group gas turbines, the last link and final part of the complex gas turbine production chain is now carried out by Ghadir Company.

PARS INVESTMENT CASTING CO.

Established in 2009 and located in Shahroud Industrial Park since 2010, Pars Investment Casting Company (PIC) specializes in precision casting of complex and sensitive turbine parts, focusing on gas turbine components.

PIC is dedicated to developing technical specifications, acquiring technical knowledge, and manufacturing hot section parts of gas turbines using precision casting methods with superalloys. The primary superalloys utilized include:

  • Nickel-based superalloys: 414-FSX and 45-X
  • Iron-nickel-based superalloys: N155
  • Cast nickel-based superalloys: HASTELLOY X, IN738LC, IN713LC, IN939

DAVAR MOHAREK CO.

Established in 1999 with the approval of senior officials from the Ministry of Oil, Davar Moharek Company (DMC) has over two decades of experience in servicing the oil, gas, petrochemical, and refining industries, as well as turbo-generators for power plants in Iran. With a team of specialized professionals and the industrial infrastructure of the Oil TurboCompressor Company (OTC), DMC excels in supplying and selling spare parts, performing major repairs, commissioning and operation, and providing after-sales services for gas turbines and compressors. In 2008, DMC was transferred to OTC, enabling the company to localize the major repair phase of various gas turbine models in the oil and gas industry, establishing the “Davar Motor” brand as a leading domestic specialist in turbine repairs.

DMC's primary activities include:

    • Supplying and selling spare parts for gas turbines and compressors.
    • Performing major repairs and maintenance on gas turbines and compressors.
    • Installing and operating gas turbines and compressors.
  • Providing comprehensive after-sales services for gas turbines, compressors, and turbo-generators in the oil, gas, petrochemical, and refining industries, as well as for power plants.

TURBOTEC

Established in 2004 as a subsidiary under Neiro and Propulsion Group, Middle East Turbo Compressor Tech Company (Turbotec) was created to become the leading industry-centric research center for turbomachinery in Iran. By 2010, Turbotec had set its sights on mastering the design and manufacturing of gas turbines, aiming to produce turbines under a national brand. This vision led to the successful completion of the IGT25 25 MW national turbine design and development in 2014. Turbotec’s impressive achievements include the registration of 70 inventions and receiving the top prize for applied research at the Khwarizmi Festival in 2015. Furthermore, Turbotec is one of the few engineering design offices in Iran thoroughly evaluated and approved by Siemens Design Office.

OIL TURBOCOMPRESSOR ENGINEERING CO.

Oil Turbo Compressor Equipment Company (OTCE) was found in 2002. Packaging of Gas Turbine was the first task of this company, then planning, management and producing Centrifugal Gas Compressors and Electro Compressors replaced, so today OTCE acts in these fields.

Since 2002, Oil Turbocompressor Engineering Company (OTEC) has leveraged expert human capital, cutting-edge applied knowledge, and modern technology to provide consulting services, engineering design, and supply related to turbine engines and construction equipment for the oil, gas, and energy sectors. OTEC’s construction and operation of gas stations, along with its nationwide network for manufacturing gas turbine engines, are grounded in local knowledge. The company’s manufacturing processes, services, and parts supply ensure high quality and prompt service delivery.
